The French Institute in Jordan is looking for a partnerships department manager for a full-time contract
on a 1-year fixed-term contract (which may lead to a permanent contract).

Hours: 37 hours per week
Monthly salary: 1603,960 JOD

Job description
The Partnerships department manager analyses the market and the audiences in order to define the external strategies to be deployed. He/she is responsible for developing and implementing a coherent development strategy in order to identify and advance new opportunities to expand the audience and the impact of the French Institute activities, under the responsibility of the French Institute’s Deputy Director and the General Secretary and in direct contact with the managers of the languages and culture departments.
For the implementation of his strategies, he will be supported by the events officer and the public information officer.
Responsibilities
Advanced analysis for market and audience
Conduct in-depth market researches and segmentation analyses to identify evolving needs in the
French culture and language sectors.
Develop insights based on the data regarding customer and audience engagement by adjusting
strategies to capture trends and new interests of the audience.
Establish key performance indicators to assess the impact of the French Institute outreach strategies by ensuring regular follow up.
Elaboration of development and marketing strategies, in order to expand and retain new
audiences
Monitor and analyze customers relations and implement students’ loyalty tools, in collaboration with the quality and diversification officer
Adaptation and promotion of the language courses and the exams, in order to meet the market expectations
collaborate with the manager of the languages department in order to identify the potential markets and the evolution of products as to be considered
Collaborate with the head of the culture department for the identification and prospecting of potential sponsors for cultural events
Development of the communication and public relations strategy, based on the analysis of
audiences and potential partners, the market and the missions of the Institute
Innovate on digital and social media strategies to extend the French Institute’s virtual reach, by implementing targeted campaigns for specific audience segments (young people, companies, schools).
Guarantee the consistency of the Institute's image and the compliance with the graphic charter (graphics on all media, displays in the building, monitoring of graphic design work with the Institute's service provider).
Implementation of the diffusion strategy of information and the communication calendar for
all the activities of the Institute
Writing and managing the editorial content
Planning of the designing, preparation and diffusion of communication via all the tools and media that the Institute has, including the web site
Management of press and media relations (updating lists, networking, diffusion of information for the press, setting up interviews, occasional collaboration with the Embassy's Press Service)
Manage the calendar of events in close collaboration with the heads of the culture and language departments: optimizing the visibility of the Institute during cultural and linguistic events
Organize and supervise the work of the department’s members: events officer and information officer.
